Gerald attributes his interest in becoming a realtor to the excitement, happiness, and pride he has felt when selling and purchasing properties and looks forward to sharing those feelings with his clients. Gerald was born and raised in Cranbrook giving him in-depth knowledge of the area and its housing and business market. Over the past 20 years as a previous owner of one of Canada’s largest Franchise endowing four other successful businesses, Gerald understands that clients and their success are the most valuable asset a company can have. With over 130 person teams, Gerald’s management and personal skills doubled business revenue while ensuring excellent customer service in a short period of time.

As a twice elected Rotary President, Gerald was instrumental in community fundraising initiatives such as food for learning programs in schools, daycares and hospitals.Gerald was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for a large condominium complex to ensure owners investments were protected.Gerald graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science Degree and from Selkirk College with a Forest Technician Diploma. Gerald has an Amateur Radio License and a Private Pilot License. Outside of work Gerald enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking and biking.Gerald is married and has two children and one grandchild.
